It’s “being used solely to throw divisiveness into a campaign that should be about how to make government work better for all our citizens.”

  • Check out Michigan Liberal’s coverage of Jocelyn’s campaign finance report announcement here.  On Wednesday, Jocelyn announced that her campaign had raised more than $227,000 in 2009, and will report more than $207,000 cash on hand – a record for a non-incumbent seeking the seat.  The donations came from more than 1,200 contributors in more than 50 counties across the state.
  • An article written by Chris Christoff from the January 27 edition of the Detroit Free Press chronicling the Michigan Democratic Party’s potential decision to hold an early endorsement convention also features Jocelyn and her strong fundraising totals for 2009.

  • The January 3, 2010 edition of the Detroit News included an article about pending state legislation that would allow Michigan citizens to register to vote online.  Jocelyn supports the bill - introduced by State Representative Lesia Liss (D-Warren) – and is quoted in the article as an expert.
